PILLAIMAR ASSOCIATION
International Mudaliyar Pillaimar Association (IMPA) is a non-political, non-profitable, and service-oriented organization. I am the Founder and International President for IMPA.
In the past 12 years, I have traveled to 40 districts of Tamil Nadu, 10 districts of Karnataka, and countries such as Sri Lanka, Dubai, Singapore, and Malaysia. I have traveled more than 6 lakhs kms on the road to various rural places and conducted more than 1500 meetings to integrate more than 50 castes in Mudaliar and Pillaimar communities under one umbrella. The formation of the Federation of IMPA is aimed at uniting Vellalar, the root community that is divided into under the title of Mudaliyar and the title of Pillaimar. The Mudaliar community has 20 castes, and Pillaimar has 30 castes. The main objective of IMPA is to unite all 50 castes under the IMPA Federation.
IMPA has an NGO organization called IMPA Charitable Trust. Through IMPA Trust, we have helped to uplift the people through education and job-oriented courses to help people avail of jobs. We have also helped in natural calamities, Covid relief by distributing food, groceries, and providing assistance to the poor by giving stitching machines, computers, books, and free college admissions. Our main objective is to uplift the community's economy.
In all districts, we have gathered all business personalities in one platform and created a new start-up platform called IBN for people interested in starting businesses together. This formula has created a lot of business networks, and we have succeeded in taking business within the community to over 100 crores, which is a success story. This is called B2B, and we also provide matrimonial connectivity, advocate forums, doctors' forums, women's forums, youth forums, international committees, inter-state committees, technical committees, and job opportunities.
