FEDERATION OF International Mudaliar & Pillairmar Associations

Objects of the Federation

To be and to act as Federation in the name of Federation of International Mudaliar Pillaimar Associations

To provide and aid to Societies & Associations for necessary Education, Social awareness, upliftment in status, ensure legal rights, under various laws.

To render all help and aid the Societies & Associations to enable for securing jobs and placements to deserving youths or those youths who with entrepreneurial zeal and favour start industrial, commercial, business institute or establishment.

To carry out conducive to economic and socio economic development of the Mudaliar Pillaimar welfare Societies & Associations for the welfare of its members.

To insist on discipline, law abiding nature and other moralities on the members of Societies and Associations of Mudaliars & Pillaimars all over the world for lawful and moral conduct in the society at large.

To provide means of social interaction among various Mudaliar Pillaimar Welfare Societies and Association for uplift of its members.

To hold or to arrange conventions and meetings for discussions on matters of Common interests of the members of the Associations and Societies.

To attend and render suggestions to the member Societies & associations on matters affecting the rights of its members and post them with information and notification of Government and other statutory bodies.

To insist on Proportional representation /reservations in public services to ensure upliftment of members as appropriate in respect of education, preparation for interviews etc.

To render if necessary technical expertise and other services to ensure upliftment of members as appropriate in respect of education, preparation for interview etc.

To represent collectively the commuters/members before the Government and other authorities on matters that may affect the members collectively, monetarily or otherwise, to press and take such steps as are found necessary in this regard.

To Raise funds by way of contributions subscriptions and other charges from the member Societies & Associations and others.

To do all such acts deeds and things as are incidental and conducive to the attainments of the above mentioned objects.

To work in co-ordination with likeminded neighbourhood bodies for common beneficial cause of members.

To purchase, acquire or take on lease or other means any buildings or sites or any other properties for the utility of the Association and the Furtherance of the objects.

To Co-operate with any other society, institutions or association having or in part similar or the same objects and aims as of this Association.

Apart from empowering students to gain enough knowledge to enable them to participate in all types of competitive examinations conducted by State and Central Governments.
Arrange “family get together” and tours for the benefit of all the members in the family to gain familiarity and to enjoy the leisure time.
Conduct cultural programmes like dance, drama, music etc of the family members to enjoy and to augment finance of the society.
